We are a rapidly expanding social media marketing and software business that enables companies to deliver social media marketing at scale and we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with 2+ years’ B2B and B2C experience in a client facing role. Account Manager Job Description Your role will require assisting clients put together marketing strategy, helping them understand the social media software solutions & services ContentCal can provide and how they can be of benefit. As Account Manager you’re going to need to be extremely comfortable fronting digital, PPC, SEO, social and content campaigns as these are at the forefront of ContentCal’s work. Your Account Manager Responsibilities include: Drive client strategy across a portfolio of accounts and advise clients on how to achieve their business goals. To build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships To motivate and support the technical delivery teams in delivering an outstanding service. To support Head of Services and new business acquisition and on-boarding of new clients. Translate the clients’ needs and goals into a clear and achievable road map. Oversee and project manage on-going retainer activity and project work for your customers, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and to budget. Managing client expectations. Represent ContentCal by attending regular meetings with clients, create reports and present results, new concepts and strategies. Anticipate and address any potential issues before they develop. Requirements include: As Account Manager, you will need agency experience in a client facing role, as well as an understanding of PPC, SEO & social media. To qualify, you should have in house or agency experience as an Account Manager or similar in the B2B and B2C marketing space, with a CV that demonstrates: 2+ years B2B and B2C digital PM / AM Experience or 2 years’ experience as an Account Manager, looking to progress to an SAM. Proactive and highly organised, with excellent information management skills and a proven ability to multi-task. Enthusiasm, passion for digital tech and social media channels. Strong digital background and understanding of PPC, SEO, social, content. Experience leading multiple projects. Excellent project management, campaign management and planning skills. Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver clear concise ideas to team and management. Positive thinker, with a can-do attitude.
