We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Gas Quality Inspector to join our challenging Boiler breakdown, service and safety programme within Paradigm Property Services.
The successful applicant will have experience of successfully providing a similar gas related service in a similar gas business or a direct works organisation. You must hold an ACS accreditation and be fully conversant with the Gas regulations as well as relevant guidance and ACOPS.
The main areas of your work will be to maximise gas servicing and other related compliance levels and to ensure all work is delivered to a high standard in accordance with all regulatory requirements and in a manner consistent with Paradigms gas safe registration.
You will be able to demonstrate that you have experience of a variety of gas works, including repairs, installations and servicing.

As part of the role you will:

Your German Speaking Business Development Executive Experience
No experience is necessary but the following is desirable;
Must be fluent in German to a native standard
6 months' experience in cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting
Knowledge of or have worked in marketing agency and / or technology industry
Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Especially goal-oriented using the telephone
Hungry and confident to succeed, increase and grow your skill set in a sales role
Organised with good attention to detail; you take instruction and follow internal processes well
Ability to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve
Demonstrate ability to use a CRM system and data to improve your own performance
