In addition to this, there is an established commission structure that will see you earning 10% of all your monthly client spend, that exceeds £5,000. With an average order size just shy of £1000, this is easily achievable by any candidate that puts the calls and activity in. Top performers in the company regularly bring in, in excess, of £20,000 to £30,000 per month. Putting this in perspective, there is no reason why your annual earnings will be close to doubled. Using the already established portfolio of businesses they are currently trading with, you will be tasked with calling and managing the client spend, along with maximising it where possible. Typically, these businesses have had little contact since their initial dealings with this company, so you will be qualifying and closing their business needs. As an internal account manager, you will have a hand in the full cycle of the sales process, from establishing contact, arranging and attending the client meeting, preparing the kit list and quote and closing the sale. You will then maintain this account, and make sure all their needs are accounted for.
