At Paradigm Housing, we are supporting our young residents to settle into new accommodation, whilst ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing and working with them to find educational or employment opportunities.
A number of our residents at our Welwyn Hatfield Foyer have faced a significant range of difficulties leading to them being homeless. Can you help to provide a safe place for them to call home, develop rewarding support plans with them, increase their confidence and assist them with accessing training courses and promote job opportunities or even help our young mums develop their parenting skills?
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, customer focused and most of all someone who really wants to make a difference to the lives of our young people
This post will also require a Disclosure and Barring Service check as the successful applicant will be working with young and vulnerable people on a regular basis.

You are required to work 37 hours a week on a shift basis from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm, with occasional weekend and evening working. This post is based at the Foyer in Hatfield Town centre.
You will be required to have a full UK driving license and use of a car.
