The Corporate Division is responsible for centralized functions that include Finance and Controlling, HR, IT, Quality Management and Supply Chain Management. It provides essential services and support to all business divisions. Moreover, it is an important project initiator and leader within the international network.

We are looking for a Customer Agreements & Contracts Coordinator to join the team on a maternity cover basis.

Your Responsibilities:

The Pricing & Data Coordinator is responsible for following workflow instruction to include the data setup / discontinuation of Product & Pricing within the Company ERP system.
Including regular Integrity Checks. Understanding and interpreting data requirements. Verifying data and checking completed work for accuracy.
The ability to follow documented procedures and complete tasks with a high level of attention to detail are requirements of this role.

  • Processing Customer Agreements
  • Manage all Customer Agreement administration updates
  • Dealing with queries relating to Incoming / Outgoing calls
  • Reporting of KPI figures.
  • Maintain Expenditure Reports for Sales
  • Run Overviews for Spend
  • Updating Catalogue requests for Pricing
  • Related Framework updates
  • Complete various administration tasks, as requested
  • Projects

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent accuracy
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Can use standard applications to process, obtain and combine information such as excel reports
