Job Title - Finance Manager

Location - Glasgow (St Vincent Street)

Rates - £300-£400 per day

About the role / project:

There will be two main focuses for the Finance Manager:

1) Benefit Rationalisation - due to devolution into central operations, the Finance Manager will be required to travel to Head Office in Milton Keynes and act as Business Partner to the team. You will be required to compile information on processes and behaviours and report back to the team in Glasgow. You will challenge existing processes and suggest potential improvements.

2) Combining reporting across the alliance - you will need to develop an understanding of the systems currently being used for reporting purposes and identify efficiencies.

Your experience will include:

 * As Finance Manager, you will have strong business partnering experience
 * It would be desirable for you to have any transition/project change experience, though this is not essential
 * You will be willing to travel (mainly to Milton Keynes) when required. It is anticipated you will need to be at Head Office for a couple of days here and there
 * You will have strong Excel skills
 * Oracle experience would be desirable however training will be provided if you haven't used the system before
 * You should have a relevant academic qualification or be qualified by experience
