Your Responsibilities:


The purpose of the new role is to assist in the transfer, storage and delivery of Electro Medical Loan Inventory from Southend to Bolton, to improve Inventory uptime, improve customer service and turnaround of Loan repairs.

  • Goods In / Registration of Parts & Repairs
  • Cyclical Inventory Counts – Internal and Field Stock Inclusive
  • Pick and Despatch of orders : Customer Direct/In-House & Field based Engineers
  • Despatch of Customer Repairs
  • Utilisation of IT systems – both Bespoke and Microsoft based
  • Customer Specific Procedures
  • Operational Documentation

Your Qualifications:

  • General stores/warehousing experience preferred. Inventory skills and knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and general PC skills an advantage
  • GCSE in Maths and English required
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Previous experience using bespoke systems for general stores duties, i.e. Goods In, pick and Despatch processes etc
