Job Title - Sales Manager
Location - Manby, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UT
Hours - Mon-Thurs 8.00 - 5.00pm, Fri 8.00 - 3.00pm
Salary – Up to £35,000 (exp. based) plus attractive OTE potential
Key responsibilities of the Sales Manager: * Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team * Ensuring the team meets the sales targets * Sales training, development, and performance management * Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth * Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors * Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s * Good data analytical skills, and use them to improve team performance * Staff recruitment to expand the team * Ability to train the sales team on new products and sales techniques (training will be provided)

Working as a team leader working in the medical repairs workshop, you will be responsible for a team, taking ownership of the Quality, Cost, Delivery of their repairs as well as ensuring the continuous develop and engagement of the team
Principal Duties and responsibilities Delivery
Ensure that customer satisfaction is met by delivering the committed repair duration turnaround targets
Prioritise repairs in line with customer demands.
Monitor that productivity levels meets business KPI’s and a clear plan is in place if not.
To be the main point of contact for technicians.
Ensure that the quality of the repair, internally and externally is to the manufacturers standard:
Ensure that all repair Final Inspection Failures, Post Repair Audits, and Repair QIS’s are dealt with in a timely manor
Analyse teams Final Inspection Failure’s to identify trends and set objectives or actions to correct these.
Liaise with Quality Control, Service Engineering and the Support Technicians to ensure that technicians are following the correct standards and any new information is shared across the departments.
Management of teams 6S and health and safety including shared areas in the workshop
Ensure that tooling and workshop equipment is maintained and calibrated.
Ensure that Risk Assessments are carried out and are up to date
Personal and Team Development:
Carry out 1-2-1’s, Personal Development Reviews and Team Meetings
Management of personnel issues.
Development of staff and identifying training needs
Ensure that morale is good so that output of repairs is meeting its target.
Promotes and encourages continuous improvement ideas and follows them up.
Managing the correct use of PPE in workshop areas.
Ensuring that safe working practices are being adhered to.
Clear & concise written and spoken communication skills
