Following the acquisition of lucrative contracts, and a soon to be finalised office move, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing home insurance provider based within Aylesbury. This role will be supporting home owners with the claims in relation to building repairs and maintenance. A successful applicant can expect to earn a salary of £16,500 to £19,000, and be rewarded with potential progression into a Team Leader or even Management position. You will have to effectively and efficiently handle incoming insurance claims in a proactive, and timely manner. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to have an impeccable telephone manner, as a majority of your time will be spent on the phone with the general public. You will need to be a natural co-ordinator, as you will be required to stay in touch with all parties throughout the duration of the claim, and maintain a positive relationship with all those involved. Successful applicants will have strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at a variety of different levels, whilst also having the ability to demonstrate a natural authority when required. You will be driven and motivated, and put work in to resolve all queries in a timely and productive manner. Also you will be task orientated and work in a methodical manner. This role is easily commutable from Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Thame, Haddenham, Amersham and Chesham.
