Based in the London area you will be responsible for identifying new Convenience Retailer opportunities and signing them up to the Zapper family.
We are recruiting in several regions across the country and will be running comprehensive training and induction programmes during August
The main focus of the role will be to demonstrate the key benefits of our amazing product in face-to-face sales meetings in order to secure contracts. We have gone live in several retailers and have trails with major names in the retail sector so you would receive plenty of leads from this and our telesales activity. However, there will be the need to set up your own relationships and leads and get those contracts rolling in.
You will need some experience in sales (New Business) and preferably in selling to the Retail Convenience sector or have experience in Financial Services or FMCG. You will need bags of enthusiasm and a passion for new technology. Our comprehensive training programme will get those deals ‘Zapping’ in no time! Great presentation and highly effective communication and interpersonal skills are a must. We have a great team gaining amazing success across the country and are growing quickly in both Retail and Hospitality.

The Senior Territory Manager is responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the Olympus Surgical ENT product range on their territory. This is a field based role covering locations such as: Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, North Wales.
Managing all aspects of a sales territory
Attending exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
Work in operating theatres, ITU/ICU and Outpatients units in close association with consultants, clinicians and nursing staff
Deliver training and offer sales support for current customers
Management of sales prospects on a customer database
Presenting professional business cases and value propositions
Ideally degree educated in a life science field
Ideally previous experience in medical device sales with demonstrable success

SALES SPECIALIST- INDUSTRIAL MICROSCOPY
LOCATION – SOUTH OF ENGLAND
This post is responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the Olympus Industrial Microscopy product portfolio comprising of Stereo and Compound microscopes, Digital cameras and Imaging software. The role involves demonstrating microscopy equipment, planning and carrying out meetings with technical and procurement managers with a view to growing market share as well as providing after sales support. As well as providing direct sales you will also work with the sales team within your geographic region to create, plan and execute a development strategy to promote your portfolio to new customers. This is a field based role covering the south of England.
All aspects of managing a sales territory
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements
Co-ordinating sales projects
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Attending exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings.
Work across a wide variety of environments including high end research in academia and the UK Manufacturing quality assurance and R+D facilities within a number of industry sectors including; Automotive, Aerospace and Medical
Relevant experience in a scientific and /or engineering environment
A strong commercial acumen
A high level of technical aptitude.
A higher-level education in science or engineering would be an advantage
The desire to work hard and succeed in a competitive market
A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
Applicants should ideally be located in the South of the UK.
Previous working experience with Microscopy is desirable but not essential

Prospecting, lead generation, follow-up, order closing.
Demonstration & evaluation of our products to meet customer needs, within a hospital operating theatre environment.
Progress opportunities to successful order closure.
Account management & new business development in pursuit of sales growth & customer satisfaction.
Effective time & priority management, including workload planning & diary management, maintain company records & CRM database accurately & on time.
Self-motivation & the ‘will’ to succeed with evidence of previous sales success
Actively seek responsibility & see tasks through to completion
Honesty & integrity in your dealings with external & internal customers
End to end knowledge of the sales process
High level multi stakeholder negotiation skills
Theatre sales experience ideally in surgical device sales
