We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the team at the Covent Garden Hotel and oversee our popular destination bar. The ideal Assistant Bar Manager will have a great understanding of mixology, wines and spirits, but most importantly will be an outstanding people Manager. You will be liaising between senior hotel management and team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are being consistently exceeded.
