Your role will be to identify, win and retain clients. This will be achieved by proactive telephone prospecting, gaining and attending face to face meetings and working closely with BMS' existing clients to introduce the recruitment services & solutions of BMS. We seek talented, polished and articulate sales professionals, capable of both new-business generation as well as account-development. Experience in a similar environment and / or understanding of the pressure and demands of a sales environment is desirable. Both field sales and internal sales backgrounds will be considered along with applicants with the right attitude but limited experience. The Candidate for Account Manager / Business Development: We are keen to talk to sales professionals at all levels who consider themselves to be great with people, determined and enthusiastic, who work hard, take pride in their work and want a long term career.
