Division: Medical Systems

The Medical Systems Division represents Olympus’ largest business domain and is the global market and technology leader for medical endoscopes. Olympus aims to continuously find better and more economical solutions to medical issues which improve the well-being of patients, enhance the working environment for doctors and nursing staff and help to develop the overall performance of health care providers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • On-site customer training & presentations
  • Equipment inspection
  • Review and analysis of repair data
  • Completion of associated and bespoke reports, for provision directly to customer, or sales divisions
  • Repair volume reduction
  • Deliver bespoke training, aimed at improving customer equipment ‘up time’
  • Extensive travel within the UK and, on occasions, overseas is a requirement

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous technical experience working in-field within the healthcare industry, or in similar customer-facing roles
  • Attention to detail in addition to strong administration skills are essential
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check
  • Candidates should ideally be located near the Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire county
