An industry leading business, with an extensive background of proactively acquiring business throughout the UK, is looking for an accomplished FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE to join forces with the existing team and maximise the revenue in 2017. There is an extensive product range on offer, so a background selling numerous products to individual customers would be ideal.
The role starts with a salary of £24,000, with a car included. In year 2, expect your end of year earnings to be around £50,000. This is a role where the sky really is the limit, and you can earn a phenomenal amount if you are willing to put the work in.
An ideal candidate will have come from a CONSULTATIVE SALES BACKGROUND. You will be used to opening doors, finding a problem with a business’s current working and selling a SOLUTION to resolve the matter. You will be well presented, like the finer things in life and have a clear goal as to how you want to succeed. As the company is based in the technology sector, so would suit someone who has sold into the IT sector previously. You will be money and success driven, generating all opportunities from cold prospect to close in an effective manner.
You will have a proven field sales record, with a clear brag file that outlines the targets you have smashed, and then money you have brought into your previous businesses. You will have strong relationship building skills, and be able to forge working relationships with people of different personalities easily. You will be used to working smartly, and generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals and various other methods.
An ideal candidate will possess the following skills, traits and experience:
- Previous background in Field sales
- Experience selling in a technology driven industry
- Hunter mentality, able to keep going until success
- Know that activity breeds results
