Manchester City Council are looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. The Internal Communications and Engagement Manager role You'd be responsible for the development and delivery of an asset based internal communications strategy to support the delivery of the Our Manchester Strategy and Our People Strategy. With a small team, sitting in the Central Communications service, you'd have the opportunity to shape new channels, deliver innovative and creative internal communications campaigns and develop a new approach to engagement which is reflective of the diverse nature of our workforce. As Internal Communications and Engagement Manager you’ll be: Working closely with organisational development and reform colleagues Providing support and advice to managers across the organisation to improve employee engagement Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of the Council's priorities. We are looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager who: Has proven experience of developing internal communications and engagement activities Is used to working in a rewarding and fast paced environment.
